“The Mother Collection”

Dedicated in memory of my beloved Maternal Grandmother affectionately called “Mother” Madam Alice Ayensuah Thompson 1917-2002 (85 Years) + Priceless appreciation and gratitude to all of the following blessings encountered thus far throughout my lifeÂ’s journey +

Our friends and Family are special to our growth; our path has been crossed with reason. We complete a portion of the Plan for one another’s lives, and for such gifts we need to offer gratitude.

Words are not enough to express thanks to all of the people, from all walks of life, whom I consider friends. I do thank you from the bottom of my heart and do appreciate your roles in my life.

I am going to try to thank all of you who have been POSITIVE and made an impact in my life, my career and especially during the development of my venture, RHODALINEFRANCE.COM. This might be difficult, for me due to having to experience such deep pain in my life; memory can appear to be my enemy, because it replays the past pain. For anyone that I have advertently missed, I hope you can forgive me, you know who you are. Peace, Love and Light and God’s Blessings.

“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4: 13

“Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill made low. The uneven ground shall become level and rough places a plain.” – Isaiah 40: 4-3

Most of us believe in a higher power, whether God, Allah or A Guiding Spirit within. Faith in that higher power can help us to make the right decisions in our lives. Sometimes we stumble, but if we have faith, we can believe that things will work out for the best. Even when adversity hits us, Faith can lift us up and carry us along to something better. We are born to succeed and flourish. To do our best to make the right choices and to reflect the goodness that is divine.

To GOD, my Higher Power, protector, provider, strength, wisdom, who continues to provide me with spirit, peace, unconditional love, wisdom, intuitiveness, guidance, creativity, strength, open-mindness and compassion, I THANK YOU GOD AND GIVE YOU THE GLORY!

To my guiding spirit within; I Rhodaline N. France Thompson; Thank you, for such a courageous spirit that lets me believe in myself. I have the courage to embrace my strength. Get excited about life. Enjoy giving and receiving love. Face and transform my tears. Ask for help and support when I need it. Value my intuition and wisdom. Befriend myself and complete unfinished business. Take risk and accept change. Grow through challenge and savor the mystery of spirit. Honor my own needs and give myself credit for my accomplishments. “Plant Flowers” not “Weed” thoughts in my mind. Fill my own cup first then nourish others from my overflow. Own my own excellence. Plan for the future, but live in the Present. Celebrate the differences between men and women. Develop healthy supportive relationships. Accept myself just as I am now. Enlightened and self-realization: I am love, I am light, I am Peace, I am Joy, I am Beauty, I am oneness, and I Am. Some of my favorite mantras are “Life is what you make out of it” and “The realization of the impact of attitude on lives.”

“Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% of how we react to it. Therefore it is important the attitude we embrace each day.”

To my loving, God fearing; caring, patient and wise father, (a man of few words- I always look forward to reading this at the end of every written communication to me; Naa, I’ll like to end here as brevity is the wit of the soul). Jacob Odartey France, (Accra, Ghana). Thank you for instilling in me the fruit of patience, (which I am still mastering. Daa the learning of the trait patience is still a work in progress for Me.), wisdom, silence, spirituality, business, and financial skills, due to your excelled experience in the banking and finance world. I do remember from my earliest childhood at our family’s morning devotional time praying the Serenity prayer, which I still affirm everyday and abide with as well as the 23rd Psalm, “The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.”

Serenity Prayer- “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.”

To my Hero, my Role Model, Motivator Mom, Miranda Ayondele Beebe Smith France, (New Jersey, USA, and Accra, Ghana). Thank God for you; ma, you’re the wind beneath my wings. Thank you for your foresight and sacrifice to launch me on my Higher Education, creative career in the Design Industry, Business, womanhood, Independence, Joy, Beauty (you excelled in your creative catering business/profession before you retired), Strength, and life in general. Ma I cannot thank you enough, yes! Your encouragement and advice is embedded in my mind and heart. When I started experiencing difficulties in my life during my adult years, my mom shared this with me, (“Naa let this be your motto in life”- “Hye-Wonhye) (Burn, you do not burn.). The word “Hye” means burn and “wonhye” means you do not burn. (That which cannot be burnt.) It is a Ghanaian (West African) Akan proverb; also an adinkra symbol. Its value is to go through life with an attitude; spirit of imperishability and endurance, to endure and overcome all terms of difficulties, to have the tendency to withstand pain and other hardships. I love you Ma, and will never forget your vision, your sacrifices and belief in me, at my tender age of seventeen years, encouraging and financially supporting me to pursue my creativity and dream. Ma I have paid all my dues and we can all now breathe and laugh.

Ma, please be at PEACE, please, for I am beginning to be at PEACE now. Let all the hurt go, let it go. I know as your only daughter it hurts, to see me experienced certain deep pain, extreme pressures in my past. Wicked people did things to hurt me. I know inside whom I am, and who I belong to, I am God’s child. I cannot be humiliated and my pride cannot be stripped from me. You had question why a Higher Power had allowed this to go on? Those around me cannot fully understand how certain experiences have affected me.

No one but Jesus and God understands what I feel inside. I cannot win spiritual battles, using human logic. These things are spiritually discerned. The forces working against my success, happiness, emotions and my progress are not natural. It is not people or things, even though, they are used by the principalities of Satan. These powers can only be overcome by the supernatural forces that God releases in me, through my faith. THE BATTLE IS THE LORD’S, AND HE WILL GIVE IT INTO MY HANDS. I have been giving it effort, but it is time to put it in God’s hands. Ma, all the issues of my life are in the process of change. I have sensed this in my spirit. God has an assignment for my LIFE. I have already experienced progressive Health and Healing for my body and mind; and I know an immediate Success in my relationships and financial matters is coming.

New relationships, new people, new friends have crossed my path and are multiplying my life and not subtracting from it. An example is how by God’s Grace and power, I managed to fulfill my business dream and launched this venture against all odds. I AM SO ELATED WITH JOY. God answered my prayers. I prayed, I asked, “Father, I give my Battle to you and ask you to Give me my greatest Victory” God’s Divine Deliverance and Divine Provision is coming to me. It will eliminate the parched ground I have walked on. Every force that has attacked me will be diminished and brought to Naught. No loss or failure is fatal. God can piece my life together again. Let’s not look backward, let’s start looking forward, as you have suggested. God has a better future for me, your baby girl, Naa Lamiley. I am focusing on the productivity of tomorrow. Ma, you will remember in reading the accounts of Job, Joseph, Daniel and others in the Bible, how adversity birthed a season of great blessings in their lives. Be assured, for God has seen what I am going through.

Ma, I just discovered this bible passage quite recently, this last week of May, 2004, whilst I was praying. It conveys the same message of your aforementioned mantra for me; the Ghanaian Adinkra symbol, “Hye-Wonhye”, (Burn, you do not burn). “When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you”, - Isaiah 43:2 WOW! This is powerful. Ma, you see, God has been with me, protecting me, as I move through uncertainty to PEACE. Even though the difficulties and uncertainties I faced may seem great, I now know God was with me as I moved through the times of challenge. God was there with every step I took. In the dark of night, God was there to illumine my way. When an obstacle seems to block my path, God was there to Guide me around it. I am grateful for this assurance and for the Divine Guidance that leads me through uncertainty to Peace. So let go of the pain, and let God. Be at peace ma and be happy. May God bless you! You are truly a REMAKABLE WOMAN; my SUCCESS is also YOUR SUCCESS.

To my beloved late maternal Grandmother, “Mother”, the late Madam Alice Ayensuah Thompson, (Accra, Ghana), I miss you dearly. You are physically not with me, but I know and feel your presence and spirit looking down on my activities and smiling your infectious smile and reciting,”Glory, Hallelujah, Amen.” Mother you are the one who honed my spirituality in so many ways from my childhood to adulthood, even until the year you passed on. Your legacy of faith, love, humor, and compassion for all still motivates our family. You have prayed with me during the numerous adversities that I endured and you reminded me that “With God, all things are possible.” St. Matthews 19:26 during those many painful difficult moments when I couldn’t bear the fiery trials, your faith in God had embraced and lifted my spirit. I remember asking you, God why me? You did reply that God does not give me a burden I would not be able to carry and that I am chosen by God for a designated purpose. He created me for a definite assignment. The events and experiences of my life are all part of God’s plan to reveal to me his purpose and will for my life. 1 Peter 2:9 “Through the completion of this spiritual discovery can come my greatest Inner Peace and my future contains far greater Joy than all the sorrows of yesterday.” My Mother’s aforementioned vision is reverberated through my spiritual counselors. Mother I believe it now. When you counseled me that by having the power of God in me, I will be successful in whatever is mine to do and that my capabilities are God-given and I would do infinitely more than what I may love, which is always possible, because with God all things are possible.

Mother as I let go and let God oversee my life, I am amazed at the results. I give God the Glory for each success, giving thanks always and through the power of God in me I am making great progress. Mother you would have been proud of me. Thank you for your fellowship; you were my role model, being a hard-working retired registered nurse, mid-wife, a nurse administrator and a humanitarian. Mother, I cannot thank you enough for taking care of Reggie and I during our early years for four years to enable Ma and Da to pursue their higher university education , in United Kingdom for Ma’s Catering career and in the Soviet Union, for Da’s Banking and Finance career. Thank you for living in with Isaac and I , in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, to care and raise Kweku, your first grand child, right from the day he was born, till he was three and half years old and also Kofi (Fifi), whom you affectionately called your brother, right from the day he was born, until he turned six months. Here again your sacrifice was PRICELESS. You single handedly, took care of my babies and the household, even though you were in your mid seventies. This afforded us to work in our busy careers with peace of mind. You would have been proud of your two boys. They have grown into wonderful, bright respectful young men.

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, I LOVE AND MISS YOU DEARLY, AND I DEDICATE THIS VENTURE, RHODALINEFRANCE.COM, RHODALINE N. FRANCE THOMPSON, INC., RHODALINEFRANCE..COM TO YOU! On this day, May 27TH, 2004, a Thursday, as I launch/publish my web site, (RHODALINEFRANCE.COM), to the world, I had hoped that you will be here with me. Nevertheless, I know you are with me in SPIRIT, hugging me and wishing me, “Congratulations, Naa Lamiley, well done Rhodaline”. Mother, may your light continue to shine on my Path, guiding me through my journey, as I travel the world, to bring the diverse cultures into our lifestyles.

To my late maternal Great Grandmother Madam Sarah Ama Cofie, affectionately known as “Maa Fio”. (Accra, Ghana) Thank you greatly. You accomplished so much in your life; you helped raised my Mom, you instilled in us women to be independent. You were a successful merchant, a trader in textiles and jewelry. I cherish the eight years I was blessed to have known and loved you. Hmmm… now I know where my passion for Business was conceived from. I love business, commerce and beauty, just like you. I miss you dearly.

To my Husband, Dr. Isaac Kojo A. Thompson, M.D., (Wellington, Florida), My appreciation for being a Good provider for our three sons, Kweku, Kofi (Fifi), And Kojo (Jojo) Thompson.

To my three sons, Kweku A. Thompson, Kofi (Fifi) A. Thompson, Kojo (Jojo) F. Thompson, (Wellington, Florida); my Jewels, confidants and best friends, MUCH, MUCH , MUCH unconditional love and appreciation to you. Heaven, indeed must have Blessed me with you. You are the loves of my life. I do enjoy your teases. I can’t get over this one, due to my petite size, you always tell me that, unless I grow up in size and be as tall as you, I cannot insist on certain parental disciplines. Very funny, you guys know although I am liberal, I run a tight ship and that makes me the QUEEN.

Thanks for affording me the pleasure of being a MOM to you, and for being your Mother. You are every thing to me. You have balanced my life and grounded me as well. As a career woman, I had to juggle my time with you, raising you, and also honing my professional life. Thanks for the wonderful help from family members, Nannies, friends, neighbors and our church family, I managed to raise you. I am so proud of you, my three young men. I pray within my Heart that witnessing my darkest phase in life has not caused you long lasting grieve. I know you saw my pain and felt it, because we discussed every fiery trial. You weathered the storm with me, Thank you for your unconditional love, support, attention, your teasing and playfulness. I treasure the encouraging plague you purchased for me, ( DON’T QUIT . ), reminding me not to quit, even though the funds were low, and that success was failure turn inside out and to keep on going as the next turn will be my victory. By God’s Grace, I am beginning to see and feel the changes. I am so proud of the positive, wisdom, independent, humble, respectful, and compassionate and God fearing traits I have instilled in you. I know you will all contribute greatly to our world. You are all popular among your friends and our home is always full of your friends. It is very funny, when friends are visiting and inquire, are we having a party? To which I inquire why? Their response the large crowd, to which I response, No! , it’s just friends visiting with my three young men; their response again, Oh! You have had the opportunity and pleasure to travel all over the world and thus meet people with diverse cultural backgrounds and personalities, so you will do well associating with most people with dignity, respect and peace. Be loving and respectful to all the women in your lives, they will add to your blessings. As Always, Much Love and God’s Protection.

As all three of you are about to embark on future independent lives acquiring higher education in your chosen fields, I pray you will fare well, with God’s Guidance and protection. All three of you have been blessed with academic prowess. I wish you the Best. Follow your Passion, make it happen and Reach for Greatness. Remember, when you stop pursuing your Dream, you Die. DREAM BIG!

Kweku, my oldest son, my miracle baby and Sweetheart. You have really proven to me that God blesses parents with children as Angels in their lives. You have demonstrated so much responsibility, wisdom, maturity, loyalty and friendship above and beyond and also exceptional academic achievement, leadership abilities, athletic prowess and a compassionate heart for community participation. In the recent couple of years, you have totally immersed your self into my business world, working along side with me, and assisting to secure the necessary professional talent I needed to develop my business. You were very instrumental in bringing RHODALINE FRANCE, INC. / RHODALINE FRANCE.COM to the market place, performing diverse tasks. Your two brothers call you, mommy’s business partner. Thank you for making RHODALINEFRANCE.COM, your labor of love. As I write this appreciation to you, I recall how anxious, determined and driven, I was during the last few weeks to publishing this web site. In your true signature style, you always assured me, mommy, calm down, we will resolve all issues I felt was not at par, and even after we had resolved all challenges at hand, you further asked, what else, do I want or needs, to be done? In the early hours of May 27th, 2004, as you clicked the publish button to launch RHODALINEFRANCE.COM to the world wild market place, amidst congratulatory wishes and prayers from your two brothers, you emotionally requested a prayer, that God be a partner in RHODALINEFRANCE.COM and make it a SUCCESS, for it has been so many years in coming to fruition. Kweku, you are PRICELESS and born to be a leader. Dream Big! Thank you, Thank you for being an impact in my life.

To Kofi, (Fiifi), my Honey, my sugar pie honey pie. You are my Protector and Prophet. I have intuitively felt and known this, since you were born. I am happy; you were also blessed with a strong Spiritual enlightenment and wisdom as I have been. You also have other traits of mine, compassionate, well rounded, fearlessness and stubbornness. In the quiet moments when the two of us share each other’s company, you reveal such utterances that are true and amazing. Family and friends have also noticed this gift of yours. Just recently, a family member remarked, that thank goodness, one of my sons has followed my path of deep spiritual sense. Fiifi, continue to hone your spirituality and compassion for others. You have a PURE, unpretentious heart. You will be a blessing to the world. Much success. Dream Big! Thank you for accompanying me, on my spiritual journey, sharing your wisdom with me and assuring me that God will restore what the enemy has stolen from me. Thank you for your support in my business life and also contributing your labor of love.

To Kojo, (Joojo), my Baby. Yes, my Baby. I know I have your Heart. You admire and adore me so much. I see your eyes light up when you see me walk into a room, and notice your disappointment and concern, when you act in a fashion, that I do not like. You have a CARING HEART, you are compassionate and also a comedian at heart. You are always making sure, I am comfortable and happy. Baby, the dark clouds in my life are gone, it is going to be sunshine for the rest of my life. Don’t worry about me, all will be well. You have a warm heart. I joke to your two brothers and family and friends that I cannot figure you out. Your two older brothers in turn tease you that, you are a momma’s boy. When you were much younger, you use to argue that, there was nothing wrong in loving one’s mommy. Don’t mind Kweku and Fifi, You have a big heart, and will love and respect any woman in your life. As your mom, I do know who you are. You are well rounded. You will succeed in any chosen field, and will be a formidable sportsman; you are very gifted in every sport. I just laugh, when I watch all three of you interact, play, tease and learn from each other. It’s funny when you tell Kweku and Kofi, that, if they don’t respect you, then in the near future, you will take your need for a business agent else where, instead of they having that job. Well baby, don’t forget mom as your co- manager too. Don’t laugh! I am serious. Wish you much love and success. Dream Big! Thank you, Joojo, for marveling at my creative skills, supporting and contributing your labor of love to my business life.

To my three doting brothers; Reginald Nii Lante France, Jake Nii Lantei France and Emmanuel Nii Lankwei France, Thanks so much for your unconditional love, your esteem regards for me through the years and un-shakable support. Being your older and only sister, you gave me the opportunity to nature you, guide and lead you. I love you dearly and hold so much sweet memories of our lives in my heart. Thanks for all the teasing and giving me the lessons to celebrate the differences between men and women. I in turn joke to my self that I had my three brothers all over again, by having three sons. I know you felt my pain and disappointments, please be at peace, I can assure you, God has a better future for me, be happy for me.

To Reggie, whom I affectionately call “Reg”; (Richmond, Virginia and Accra, Ghana). We are in separable due to the closeness in our age, besides we accomplished most things around the same time. Family and friends thought we were competitive. Thanks for always being there for me. You have always watched my back and have felt my pain as well as shared my joys. You were and still proud of my accomplishments. Looking back, thanks for being with me during the difficulty of my pregnancy with Kweku and his delivery, I will never forget your attention and support. You were my greatest fun at my Parsons School of Design Graduation Ceremony in New York City, you knew my major was tough, but was overwhelmed with joy, when you witnessed I was the only black graduate among 86 out of 186 that graduated from my department that year. I have deep appreciation for your continuous interest in my business life, for coaching me in business and finance. You have always been proud of my career in New York City, and affectionately called me “Sister Rich”. I have always admired your cool head, after listening to every painful trial I encounter, you always tell me and this too shall pass. Reg., Yes, I am leaving the past behind and moving on to my future.

You empowered and guided me to launch my own business as soon as I relocated to Florida. You always teased me that, I think and behave like a man, too ambitious and have queried me to have pursued an MBA study. Thanks for all the love and concern in my dark years, when we talk, you always end it with, and this too shall pass and for me to believe in my maker. Reg., I am so proud of your accomplishments too, for being a wonderful father, an Esteemed International Financial and Business consultant. Thanks for being a role model for Kweku, Kofi and Kojo. God’s Blessings, peace, joy and success!

To Maame Ntiriwa Josephine Addo France, (Richmond, Virginia and Accra, Ghana), I gained a Sister, when you married into our family. Thanks for friendship, you have always supported and empowered me. Maame, being creative yourself, you have always enjoyed the Arts culture with me. During my life difficulties, you have always shared your love, concern and support. You always tell me, Naa, if any one can endure and survive your trials, then it will be me, because I have the disposition of a cat with nine lives and always come out of adversities smelling like a rose. Your other advice was to ignore those causing my unhappiness and learn to de-stress my self. Peace, happiness and success to you, explore your great communicative skills.

To my favorite niece and guardian daughter, Naa Koshie Miranda France, (Richmond, Virginia), thank you for your love and support. Yes, auntie fulfilled her DREAM. We have had our Power talks; I have always advised you that as a person and a young woman, you must strive to be somebody. Do your best to accomplish your own goals, whilst having respect for your self as well as to others. The facts of life are such; people talk about other’s failures but hardly acknowledge people’s success. You owe it to your self to be some body and independent and nay sayers would have nothing to talk about. Baby girl, you asked I acknowledge my enemies. No, as a Seasoned and Matured Woman, I won’t waste my time and energy mentioning cruel haters. My revenge is simple, by God’s Grace; my revenge is my sweet success. Much success, peace, love and happiness in your future. Dream Big.

To my nephew and “daddy” Jake, Nii Odartey France, (Richmond, Virginia). I affectionately call you “daddy", because, you were named after my Dad, your paternal grandpa. Odartey, thanks for your support and love. I always love and enjoy your quite and comedian disposition. Wish you much success and happiness in your future goals, Dream big.

To my loving nephew, Nigel Nii Odartey France, (Richmond, Virginia), my appreciation for your warm heart, support and love. Dream Big and excel to be somebody. Much success and love.

I have always held you in my heart as a son due to our age difference and the closeness of our relationship. I admire your coaching in finance and the digital aspects of my career. You in turn have brought meaning to my life, with so much love, friendship, support and inspiration. You adore me and marvel at my God given skills and talents. I believe you’re jogging in position to be the premier champion of my fun club. Jake, Thank you for being the first person I shared my vision of RHODALINEFRANCE.COM with. You had already envisioned what level I could take my talents to, so you wholeheartedly empowered me that I can make this dream come through, and you have since been in my corner. You always told me in conversations, Naa, I read this article, watched this program regarding an innovator or designer, and I think you can do far better than that; why don’t you do this or that? Thanks for believing in me even before I was convinced, I could make this venture come to fruition. You have through out the years brainstormed on strategies with me and for this, I appreciate you. Being the family comedian, you even joked you have the role of “policing” the high tech digital aspects of my business operations. You take this seriously, because you contribute hands on. You flew down to south Florida, two weeks before I published the site to meet with the team and trouble shoot the security and programming aspects of RHODALINEFRANCE.COM’s site and you are committed to “policing” our work in progress even after its publication. Thank you Brother; I can’t thank you enough. Oh! By the way, “Ali” (as you affectionately called our late Mother Alice), even though is not with us, amazingly blessed you with your wife, Adjorkor, now that’s a miracle. Thanks for always making me laugh and our intellectual debates. Jake, at long last, I’m beginning to feel good all over. I know you are over-joyed with this venture. God’s Blessings, peace, happiness and success. Thanks for being role models in Kweku, Kofi & Kojo’s lives.

Ms. Adjorkor, as I affectionately call, my new Sister-in-law, Jake’s wife, Eugenia Adjorkor Lassey France, (Charlotte, North Carolina). God’s Blessings, Peace, Happiness, success and Love with Jake.

To Emmanuel, my Baby brother and protector, as I affectionately call him, (Davenport, Iowa). Thank you, for your undivided attention, I admire your fearlessness, take it or leave it attitude and your Marketing and business prowess. You also have a gift of creativity. Thanks for encouraging my efforts, introducing international vendors to me and for your shoulders that I cried on, when the going was unbearable and intolerable. You just wanted to confront my enemies, if I had given you the opportunity to do so. My sincere appreciation for co-developing RHODALINEFRANCE.COM Logo digital graphics. You are so proud of this venture, thank you. This venture is also your baby. Congratulations in your career success and thanks for being in the lives of your nephews, Kweku, Fiifi and Joojo. God’s blessings, peace, happiness and success.

To Mona D. Beiruthy France, (Davenport, Iowa), my lovely Sister-in-law, whom I affectionately call “Missy”. Baby Sister, Thank you for your undying support in my Business and financial success. You have always marveled at my creativity. You are also blessed with creativity, a sixth sense and wisdom. Thanks for your support and presence during those dark wicked days of drama. You laugh with me these days as I laugh and tease me that, “oh Missy, no more tears?” Congratulations on your recent educational achievement. Strive for more, as I always tell you, your accomplishment is always yours alone, with your name on it and no one elseÂ’s. Much success, peace and happiness.

To N3, Natalie Nicole Naa Koshie France, (Davenport, Iowa), my beautiful God-Daughter and niece. Thank you for being my God Daughter. From what I hear from mom & dad, you already have a mind of your own, independent, with an attitude, feisty and a “talker”. You go baby gal, you have already established the “France” women traits. We have more years to hone your development, much love, protection, joy and success. Dream Big.

To Maya Manal Naa Odarkor France, (Ankeny, Iowa), Update July 2007 You were born a year after I launched my venture, but since, you are a dear niece, I have to mention you. Welcome to the universe, already, you demonstrate a streak of independence and fieriness. With your petit size, you stand firm, and don’t allow any one to take advantage of you and you’re smart, well that’s the “France” women trait. Much Love, health, joy and success. Dream Big.

To Dave, David O. France, (Jersey City, New Jersey). A favorite paternal uncle. Thank you for your wisdom, friendship, honesty, financial and high tech digital advice, and your insight on every topic we discuss. We can talk for hours on end. Thank you for your Empowering my Dreams; you know what you did for me. I admire your humbleness and respect for all; especially your strong believe that a woman has a right to be all she can be. You have always called me a “Renaissance lady” and rooted for my success. I know you felt my pain, during all those years of fiery trials, is assured, my victory is near, but I will always be a work in progress. Thanks for the content of your congratulatory wishes, which is so, you. Much peace, love, happiness and success to you.

To Francis, Francis Kojo Smith Esq., another favorite uncle, a maternal uncle, (London, United Kingdom and Accra, Ghana). Your baby gal did well. Ever since I can recall, you have always championed my interests. Thank you for letting me know, I am capable of achieving what ever I put my mind to regardless and thanks for always looking out for your gorgeous favorite niece as you affectionately call me. Thanks for your Legal wit and sense of humor.

To SIS! My guardian sister and cousin, Monica Bi-tso Tagoe Plange, (Davenport, Florida and Clear Water, Florida). How would my life journey have been without you? I would not have had it any other way. Sis affectionately called me Rhods. You are the best Sis. Ever, crazy just like me, yet different. We complemented each other and empowered each other. You were always the life of a party and I was the quiet private one, distant and observing behind the scenes. Bi-sto, I don’t think we have changed much, just seasoned and matured by life’s weathered storms. My three brothers and her siblings thought we were crazy, defiant, always dancing to the beat of our own drums, to which we still do. We were practically raised by my mom. We attended grade school together, but went to different boarding schools for our middle and high school education. Sis, always spent her vacation in our home, but had to tone her “disposition” down, because my mom will not accept that, my mom run a tight discipline ship. When Sis. over did her self, my mom had a power summit among us three, now Bi-tso, you have to go home, and Naa will have to be by herself, because you are a bad influence on her. Sis, will literally plead her way out and take her punishment just to stay with me until her next episode. Now, world it wasn’t that bad, just teenage phase stuff. Today, Sis and my mom are best friends now and do gang up against me on some issues. It’s all Love; they both know I abide by my own rules, anyway. Bi-sto, Thanks for being the Sister, I never had, my life long gal pal and “partner in crime”. Congratulations to you too, Sis, you have excelled in your surgical nursing career, A Master degree in Hospital Administration and are a great mother. Thanks for your surprise power visits, even if for a day as well as your long, long, long telephone calls, full of joy and laughter. Thank you for your Intercessory Deliverance prayers during those abominable times. Sis, looking back, at the times of my most pain, was some of the few times that you were quite and very concerned for me. Thanks for being you, free spirited. Thanks for being a guardian mom, to your boyz, to Kweku, Fiifi and Joojo. They adore you. Your God-son, Kweku is a trail blazer.

Bi-sto, thank you for always being there for me. I will always treasure the memory of our youth and bask in the maturity and understanding of our womanhood. You have been such a Blessing in my life. We have a sixth sense with each other. Always known when, one of us is facing adversity, and when we pick up a phone and call, sure and behold, we just have to listen to each other and comfort each other. We are both strong determined women. We have interceded with Prayers for each other’s trials, when one of us was in the valley, and the other was on the mountain top. These days we laugh. Sis always says we are seasoned, and that we wrote “The book”, tore out the pages for others to read and then shredded them. You have always championed my career and creativity and were so happy when I called you with the news that, I finally made my dream happen. Let’s enjoy the future with much Love, Peace, Happiness, Health and Success. Sis. Thank you for accompanying me on my journey thus far. I love you. A’int no stopping us now, we have to move on.

To my older favorite nephew, Kojo Plange, (Atlanta, Georgia), when I look at you, I realize how time flies. You have grown into such a wonderful, loving, handsome, respectful enterprising young man. Mom, (my Sis.) did a great job. I recall when you were born, and I use to spend some of my vacations in the winter months away from New York City’s cold harsh winters with you folks in sunny Florida. I was then at Parsons school of Design and did need a much deserved break from my studies. I must confess, I didn’t have the finesse of a mom then, but I promised your mom, during one of my initial visits that I’ll take care of you during the night, so she can have a much deserved sleep. I didn’t let her in that; I also lacked sleep due to my hectic college course load. Dear Kojo, I propped you up holding you in my arms, pillows all around us, with your feeding bottle in your mouth. I must have fallen asleep, with you wailing, because, Sis, had to come and rescue you and admonished me that I could hurt you, her baby. We later laughed over it, but she was furious with me that night. I had to make sure I was well rested, if I wanted to tend for you in the night. I got the hank of it, precious one, and you were such a good spirited baby anyway, and who gave no problems. Thanks for your support and enthusiasm in my chosen creative endeavors. Auntie made good on her word. I accomplished my DREAM. Amidst your chosen career, you also have such exceptional gift of creativity. Do not give up on your passion. Dream Big and go after your dream. Much love and success.

To Martekei Adjowa Plange, my pretty, favorite older niece, (Davenport, Florida), I am so happy for you. You have grown up to be such a wise young woman. You are determined to be successful and be independent and you have made such an effort to achieve your dream. Keep on Dreaming Big. Much success. Thank you for your unwavering support through out my career and your enthusiasm to see me succeed.

To Martey Plange, (Clear Water, Florida and Accra, Ghana). Thanks for your friendship and believe that I will achieve greatness in the creative industry. I enjoyed our discussions regarding design and architecture.

To my guardian Sister and best friend, Dr. Suzy Fleitcher Akrofi, Akim-Tafo, Ghana, and Holland, Europe). What a Blessing, you have been to my life, Suzy? A guardian Sister. We just clicked in our boarding Middle and High school at Mfanstiman Girls High School, Saltpond, Ghana and the rest, has been history. We were there for each other during our teenage educational years. We studied together. I enjoyed your company, Susie. You were older than me and little more mature than I and were a very brilliant student. You majored in the sciences and I majored in the arts. I have always had a great love for education and knowledge and Susie was very smart, so we instantly gravitated to each other. I also admired your humbleness and disposition. You kept me in check, always grounding me. I was very private then, and still am, and was very selective in making friends. You know, I still hold that trait, many acquaintances but a handful of friends. Those that tried to make my acquaintance had to go through Susie.

Thanks for your loyalty. Our friendship was very deep that Susie sometimes spent her vacation in my home and also became sisters with my other Sis, Bi-sto. My travels and higher education out of Ghana did not alter our closeness. We have stayed in touch... You have been more than a friend. You visit with any family member who visits home from abroad, and always visited with “Mother”, Grand Ma Alice, prior to her passing away. Thank you, Susie, for being at my side and sharing my grief when "Mother" passed away. You took time out of your busy life, family’s life and work responsibilities to share the entire duration of my stay with me, and for that , I thank you and appreciate your unconditional love. You have also championed my career goals and Dreams. With all your responsibilities, you accepted to be my Public relations and quality assurance representative in Ghana and the entire African Continent. I can never thank you enough. I have deep appreciation for you traveling with me, introducing me to various vendors, manufacturers and craftspeople. You have done a fabulous job. Thank you for your role in RHODALINEFRANCE.COM, Ghana Operations and to seeing that our products/merchandise were fabricated with quality and promptly shipped to us on time. Congratulations in recently earning your PhD, abroad. Thanks for your intercessory prayers and encouragement during my fiery trials. Much Love, Success and Happiness. RHODALINEFRANCE.COM is your success too.

To Andrew Yaw Akrofi, (Akim-Tafo, Ghana). Thank you for being supportive in my business goals and dreams, and for your friendship.

To my darling little nephew Owuraku Akrofi and niece Ofosua Akrofi,(Akim-Tafo, Ghana), love, happiness and much success. Dream Big.

To Dr. & Professor Richard B. Biritwum, M. D., my Lucky Charm. (Accra, Ghana). My Dream venture RHODALINEFRANCE.COM, would not have materialized, had it not been for your insight to plant a seed into my mom’s mind that I was exceptionally gifted in the Arts, and should be given the best educational opportunity and vehicle to explore my talent and see what I can make out of my vision. You further insisted that my higher education should be in the best institution in my chosen industry and that it should be the best renowned design school in the U.S. This task was daunting, but you assured my mom that, she would not be alone in her process to get me admitted to the design school of choice in the in the U.S. I had my sight on a school in the United Kingdom, but you insisted the U.S, was better.

Akwasi, you must have been a God-send in my life and for that I THANK YOU, Appreciate and Love You. As I write this, tears have welled in my eyes. I don’t know how you thought of this idea of my higher education to be well planned. As a Special family friend of my mom, and neighbor, I knew my mom shared her dreams for us, her children with you and Kistie. Ma also admired you greatly. Bragged that you were an exceptionally intelligent young man, who had already achieved your medical degree at a tender age and you were then embarking on your, medical teaching career at the University of Ghana, Legon, already a family man and a real estate investor success. So you see in my mom’s eye, her guardian baby brother, you were a Star. In looking back, during my teenage years, I was exceptionally good in the arts and English. My career interest then was Law, Architecture or Interior Design. I remember I always carried a sketch pad with me and drew any inspiration that came into my mind. I had also won state awards at a higher level than my age level, so a career path in the arts was more viable to me, but I loved to read and argue so my interest in law was also strong. I recall we had a power meeting about a year before my high school graduation, and after listening to my interest/passion it was agreed, I should concentrate in a career in Interior Design. Akwasi further disclosed to my mom and I that he would be studying for his Masters, at Harvard University, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the U.S., and would start doing feasibility studies for my admissions into renowned design schools. He further advised, I start learning for required college tests and exams and take them to enable him start my admissions process. Thank God, you followed up on your promise and the rest is history. Right from when I started my freshman year in the studies of Design at Parsons School of Design, in New York City, New York, You have empowered me to focus and acquire my degree fast as , the tuition was expensive. I have not forgotten our Power talks and the encouragement to make something out of my life as a woman, to be independent, regardless weather I get married or not. To be at peace with all, be respectful and be happy and help my mom to raise my brothers. You also teased me at every phase of design specialty that I was majoring, calling me all sorts of names. Well, Environmental Design was a great design major for me. It honed all me my current design talents and capabilities and has made me a multi-faceted designer, to which, I appreciate. Akwasi, you are so, so instrumental in my success and have always followed up with my life’s ups and downs. Even when I sometimes would decide not to share certain negative aspects of my life with you, my mom will quickly share it with you. (Oh, Richard, “Akotex”, your girl, just experienced this and that.) Thank you for all the advice you continue to give me, hmm, as you know, I sometimes do not heed to them, due to my nature. It is also cunning; you sometimes will call right at the time, when I need an angel in my life, when I need to hear a comforting kind voice. Now, that is so you, telepathy, after you listen to the happenings in my life, youÂ’ll ask me to come home to Ghana and rest for a while and be treated like a Queen.

I did not inform you about the date I was to launch/publish RHODALINEFRANCE.COM. Yet still, right on Divine cue, you called in the afternoon of May 27th, 2004 a Thursday. I was so happy to hear your voice and yet was surprise, but not for long, because I felt with in my heart, right after your telephone call that all will be well now. I became at PEACE. My Guiding Light had called to Illuminate my Success, I had after all accomplished what I had intended to do for the past decade and in fact what I had dreamed of doing twenty-six years ago when I embarked on my design quest. We have always discussed during my power talks with you what I would do after I accomplished my design education and professional experience. You were so happy for me and could not believe your Naa did it. Yes!!! I made my dream come true. It’s a big venture, and is always going to be a Work in Progress, because the world is a huge universe to cover. You have always been my number one fun club member. You always teased me that I had too many admirers, you termed it a “fun club” You were in a conference in the United Kingdom when you called and had to put down the phone to go view my site on the nearest computer. I am going to also remember your congratulatory remark. I WILL FOREVER BE INDEBTED TO YOU. You are PRICELESS. Thank You, and God Bless, much Love, Health, Happiness and Success.

To Kistie Biritwum, ( Accra, Ghana), thank you for your support, encouragement and prayers , for being a friendship blessing in my mom’s life, as well as a guardian mom to my two younger brothers, Jake and Emmanuel. God Bless.

To Dr. Beverly Dodson Houghton, (Piermont, New York). You're my Guardian Mom. I will always be grateful to you for taking me into your Heart. We became a Family right after we had met in Ghana. We were neighbors. You were then working in Ghana, with U.S. Aid. If I recall, this was your second stay in Ghana. You had asked that I baby sat your only child and son, my guardian baby brother Danny. He was two years old then, a naughty toddler. Dan is now married to a beautiful French lady and living in France. You played a Great role in my latter teenage years whilst I attended and acquired my higher education degree in the States.

You have shared so much of your Time, your Wisdom and your Self. You taught me the wisdom to choose wise counselors and the strength to love and heal myself. Also, making my own decisions and being true to myself, not giving away my power to any one and taking care of my body and soul. Thank you for your support through out my college years and adult years. You have been very concerned at the adversities I had endured. Thank you for being there. You have always championed my interests. Bev. I finally made my Dream come true. Bev, you will always be very SPECIAL to me. Much health, happiness and success. God’s Blessings.

You have grown up to be such a man of the universe, traveling to various International regions. Much love to your lovely beautiful wife, Leaticia, my new sister-in-law. God’s blessings, peace, happiness and success.

To Ronald Keith Youngblood. (New York City, New York). PRICELESS appreciation. You know what you did. Thank you, for your Friendship, loyalty, Design and cultural discussions, Art appreciation, and the quest for knowledge and for the Best Friend ever during our College years at Parsons School of Design, New York City, New York. You empowered me and I in turn empowered you. I appreciate your admiration for me, for being a strong black intelligent woman. We became instant friends, after I had challenged some of our faculty lecturers as to their jury critic of some of the class student body work/presentations. I was darn serious, you felt empowered by my action. I think you were the first to call me your, beautiful African Queen. Thanks for the intellectual debates. You have always had a sense of humor, made me laugh and still make me laugh my head off when we talk. I recall during one of my business visits to the New York City area, we were visiting with my uncle David, and you teased me that, I’m remarkable, in that, when our peers were getting ready to retire I was getting ready to embark on a big venture. Yes Ronnie, I sure did accomplish my Dream. My Appreciation to your Dear Mom, Betty; She always links us back to each other, when I loose touch with you. I just have to call her and inquire, I need to hear from Ron, and she will promptly connect us, by giving me your current vitals. I often tease you that I might have to put advertising in the New York Times to locate you. Thanks for being a guardian brother to my family. I am happy you are still working in your passionate industry, Architecture. Your first love has always been Architecture. Peace, happiness and Success and God bless you always. Much Love and Thank You.

To my Guardian son, Christopher (Chris) Hanna. (Wellington, Florida.) What a blessing to be in my life. I did not know that being one of Kweku’s SPECIAL friends would turn out to be a blessing in my business life. Words cannot define my appreciation to you. You know how much you mean to me. Right from the inquest that came highly recommended from Kweku as well as Pat Belcher your web Design/developer instructor, that you are the best student among your peers and that you will contribute extensively to the success of the development/design and completion of RHODALINEFRANCE.COM, you have truly proven to be above and beyond. You quickly learnt the program of uSight’s, uBuilder and together with Kweku and I as a team have worked diligently to get RHODALINEFRANCE.COM to the market place. Our arduous work is still in progress and will be for the duration of the website's operation. You are a very skilled computer programmer, even though you plan to major in another career. You are also a team player and very compassionate at what you do and very respectful. Thanks for your support and encouragement in my business life as you realized the magnitude of my venture as well as my design talent. You make me laugh with your sense of humor and teasing of all of us during work. I recall the evening prior to the launch/publication of RHODALINEFRANCE.COM as we feverishly made sure, all the kinks were ironed out and ready for publication, you hugged me as you left, and said, Ms. Thompson, relax, all will be well and if not, we will quickly rectify it. Thank you, my guardian son. You know, I will be championing your future career path. God’s Blessings, protection, guidance, happiness, love and much success. Dream Big!

Dr. Kwame M. Acquaah, Esq., my wise Head Counselor (Alexandria, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.), words cannot fathom my appreciation to you. Let me just establish this. You are PRICELESS. Thanks so, so much for being in my life for over four decades. You admonish me when I don’t listen to your Legal wit and Life Coaching advice. You say, now, “My Dear Lady, are you listening? I don’t think so, because knowing you, you will do what ever is right in your perspective and follow it to the latter.” That is quite true. Well. I do sometimes, regardless of wise given counseling, do act on my own convictions. You also tell me, my abominable fiery trials, have made you gray-headed. Well, you should know, you are a seasoned, mature, wise counselor. Thanks for fighting my battles with me; I always call you at any hour of day or night. You have always, had the time for me, even if, you are busy, just to calm me down, and tell me, you will call at a given time to which you always do. Thank you for your disposition, your wittiness, your loyalty, wisdom, expertise, friendship, compassion, sound counseling and trust. You have always championed my career path, both its highs and lows moments, my numerous roles in motherhood, as a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend and a business woman. You have also admired my creativity and impeccable taste. You, humor me, by saying, that’s right, knowing me, I will not carry through certain decisions, until I have all my marbles lined up. Oh, and the virtue, that keeps on eluding me as I try to master it, “Patience”. Dear friend, I will master that trait well soon, after all, life lessons have already taught me some. Thanks for being at my side always, as my Head Legal Counselor, my special friend, confidant, and big guardian brother. Thank you for your Empowerment, I could not have made it without you on my journey. As I take much risk for success in my business dealings and met terrible set backs, you have always mentioned experiences of great business leaders, who have failed in their early years, and encouraged me that, I need to continue, because, I have built my foundation already and that, I am an entrepreneur with Great IDEAS, who needs only to be associated with or married to a Banker. I did not meet my banker on this journey, so I am building my empire from SRACTCH. You have listened as I cry my heart to you during those fiery trials. You're always encouraging me with your words of wisdom and strategies. I admire your intellect and fairness. You always caution me that at the end of every issue, I should try my best to be fair unless my opponent is trying to be clever, and should do unto others, as I would have others treat me. Wise counselor, I am forever in your debt. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you. God’s Blessings, peace, happiness, success and much love. Thanks for supporting me to maximize my vision to attain my Dream. Your congratulatory wishes mean so much to me.

To Art, Arthur M. Lichtman, CPA, (Wellington, Florida). Thank you for being a Dear friend foremost, prior to being my accountant. I introduced my self to you years ago in your new office and solo practice during your open house. I had then won a big Interior Design contract bid and wanted to deal with a local accountant. Prior to that Reg., and Jake were handling my accounting needs, through Reg’s financial firm in Virginia. You have done an exceptional professional service on behalf of every venture I undertook. You just could not understand why, they eventually fail after promising starts and I end up in debt. Through all the painful financial setbacks, you have been right with me and encouraging me, not to give up, because , I had the brains, the talent, drive and determination to succeed against all odds. You do brag to fellow friends that I will one day be your biggest client ever. Well Art, your wish might be coming true, because my business DREAM has materialized. Thanks for your friendship, I know at times when we just talk, you just could not believe what I was enduring. My sincere appreciation to you in maintaining my financial records with the devastating numbers you had to work with. Get ready to be productive in my next phase of business affairs. Congratulations, in your personal life, much peace, happiness and of course Success.

To Fatou Ndeye Sow, (New York City, New York). Thank you for being my Guardian older Sister, friend and life coach. From the moment God delivered you, into my life over 13 years ago, you are still in my life shining your LIGHT on my journey’s path. You arrived in my life as a live- in nanny to take care of your “sons”, Kweku, Fiifi and Joojo, whilst Isaac and I commuted to work from the Pocono’s, Pennsylvania, I to Manhattan, New York City and Isaac to Newark, New Jersey. You even relocated with us to West Palm Beach, Florida and stayed for a while. Thanks for all the nurturing you gave to our sons. I could not have done it without you. Thanks for walking through the negative, wicked fiery trails with me and enfolding me in your warm spirit. You keep on advising me to keep on with my goals regardless what my enemies have planned against me, and not to cry, because I am eventually going to be successful because that is my destiny and divine right. Thanks for your intercessory prayers, when I could not take the anguish any more. You have always been proud of my achievements. Your “3 sons” have matured too. You were so happy at my announcement of my e-commerce publication, and said Yes, I’m on my way. My sincere appreciation for all you do for me. Get ready to fabricate my couture ladies fashion, for; you are a great seamstress, and stylist. God’s Blessings, comfort, happiness and success. Thank you.

To Karen J. Grant, (West Palm Beach, Florida) My guardian, younger sister and friend. Thank you for taking over the final leg of the role as live-in-Nanny, taking care of your “3 sons” and the house hold. You did a fabulous job and contributed in raising them, as I had the peace of mind to juggle my business life. Thanks for supporting me and empowering me all through the years of adversities I faced. You were very fascinated with my creativity and always said, "I was going to be a famous designer in the future." Your “3 boys” adored you. Thanks for your continued support. Much love, peace, happiness and success to you.

To Alex K. Norman (West Palm Beach, Florida) an active and an intelligent toddler, you are very organized and an independent young boy. I would love to see how successful you become in the future. Dream BIG!

To Francoise Louis-Jacques, (Loxahatchee and Lake Worth, Florida). My sincere appreciation, guardian, and older sister. Thanks for literally walking through the wicked fiery storms with me these past number of years. I could not have survived thus far. You empowered my strength, when the negative forces were directed at me. You always told me, I, Rhodaline Naa Lamiley had a right to live my God given life and I should embrace my spirit to assist me to be the beautiful intelligent strong gifted woman that I was born to be and to totally ignore the wicked animal “things”, my enemies. I should also ask God, “nyomo–in Ga, Ghanaian language”, to intercede, on my behalf. Thank you for being you and interceding on my behalf on numerous occasions. Thank you for always making me look gorgeous as my HAIR STYLIST, you are extremely gifted in your industry. (Hair, Beauty, Cosmetology and Spa.) Your Hair salon, Ethnika Hair and Beauty salon is located on 10th avenue, in Lake Worth, Florida. Your soon to be opened ethnic wellness and spiritual spa is located in Loxahatchee, Florida, (we had fun designing the spa on a ranch setting- all labor of love). At times when I could not be bothered with my looks, you literally put me in one of your chairs and created your magic with a knock-out hairstyle. Thank you. Thanks for all the power talks and laughter. Thanks for being among those who interceded during my recent health challenge. Much love to you, great health peace, happiness and success. You are a strong beautiful black woman.

To Sassy Alfaro (Miami, Florida) thank you for interceding on my behalf when the negative, wicked forces reared up against me. You walked with me through some fiery trials and empowered me to call on my own spirit to dispel the stupid wicked deeds of my enemies, who were just jealous and envious of my God given/Divine destined success in life. Thanks for all the life coaching, your love and compassion and letting me know those who were genuine in my life. (You embraced me like a daughter). GodÂ’s Blessings to you, peace, happiness and success.

To Stella Boafo Thompson, (Wellington, Florida), my Sister-in-law, but truly a Guardian young sister. A woman with a pure heart, wise and spiritually strong. Thank you for accompanying me on my journey during recent years. You were just blessed into my life, yet have proven to be a light in my life. During our frequent Christian spiritual fellowship with each other, you have always empowered and cautioned me not to react to the world with distrust by retrieving into my own world, due to the lengthy painful years of misery caused by wicked enemies, who I had taken to the mountain top yet show lack of appreciation, by dropping me into the valley and continue to plot ungodly acts against me. You tell me to be patient, and wait for God’s vengeance, for God has seen what damage has been done to me and in his due time, will bring VICTORY to me, and we shall all party and glorify his name, in white clothes. Thank you BELOVED SISTER, as you always say, you cannot wait for that day. I can assure you, there is a God who created every thing, so that day will come, it will be a lovely day and we shall all live in peace, harmony, happiness and success. I pray, God continue to protect and bless you and your two young boys, Nanakow and Abeeku Thompson. Stella, remember in Life, there are no refills, enjoy it. As I move on to my next appreciation, I’ll share this with you. Yes, as difficult as it was to have endured my painful past, there was a reason for me to have suffered those fiery trials, there are three Kinds of Giving, 1) the “need“ giving, 2) the “deed” giving and 3) the “seed” giving. – 2 Corinthians 9:11 says “{God} will always make you rich enough to be generous at all times. I have always had a big pure heart to every one and it has been my nature to help people blessed to be in my path. I now know I am still going to “need” giving for the rest of my life. This is when I minister to those who are hurting and to those who are in need and are amongst us. – Isaiah 58: 10 “Offer your food to the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, then your light shall rise in the darkness.” God gives to us in order that we may give to others. Much Peace and Love, younger Sister.

To Nanakow Thompson (Wellington, Florida), my nephew. You are growing up to be a strong healthy handsome boy. May God enfold you under his wings and protect you always. Much peace, happiness and success. Dream Big!

To Abeeku Thompson, (Wellington, Florida), My God-son. What a blessing, thanks for my presence at your delivery into the world, barely a year and a half ago. I was the first one to bless you and receive you into the world with prayers. God’s protection, peace, health, happiness and success. Dream Big!

To Dr. Charles W. Frempong, M.D. (Anderson, South Carolina), a Guardian brother and room mate to my husband, Isaac, during their medical school years. My sincere appreciation for your support, fellowship and encouragement. Thanks for all you did for me. You know what you did. God’s Blessings, peace, happiness and success.

To Gamel Sinare, (Geneva, Switzerland and Accra Ghana) you have truly been a “Brother”. You were also my Maid of Honor at Ike and me wedding. Wabas, thank you for your friendship through the years, your prayers support and encouragement. I admire your calm disposition, you always calm me down and you in turn ask of advice from me from time to time. You did an exceptional job in raising the children whilst juggling your work/career in Wall Street, New York City. I miss our power outings and shopping in Manhattan boutiques, those were our carefree days. You will call with news of an exceptional find that was suited just for me, “so me”, and ask me to find the time for us to go get it. My Ma, will inquire from each of us, when she visited with us, as to our latest shopping finds. Much Happiness, peace and success with hubby Ben Koufie.

To Dean Yeboah (Brooklyn, New York) my nephew, as you soon embark on your higher education, much peace, happiness and success. Dream Big!

To Deidra Koufie (Brooklyn, New York) Baby gal, much love, happiness and success. Dream Big!

To Howard O. Clayton, (West Palm Beach), MY GUARDIAN ANGEL AND LUCKY STAR, I am forever in your debt. You have made such A POSITIVE IMPACT ON MY PERSONAL LIFE AND BUSINESS LIFE. “11: For he shall give his Angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. – 12: They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone” (Psalm 91: vrs: 11 & 12) you were initially a Blessing in my life as a business colleague in our industry, then a business partner in some of my ventures and then became a special friend. You were not aware of my abominable situation then, until years ago, when I had undertaken a major business investment, building two factory buildings to fabricate upholstery and window treatments to the design trade and to the public. I had been experiencing this curse of poverty, unhappiness, set backs, disloyalty from friends and professional peers, disharmony, confusion, you name it, any wicked deed that the enemies could throw my way, they did. All through out, I carried myself with grace, dignity and faith. Only family, life coaches and close friends knew my pain and afflictions. For some divine reason, on the evening prior to the day I was scheduled to go to court and face all my creditors, my fingers dialed your telephone number, just before 5.00 p.m. and I poured out my heart to you amidst my tears. You quickly asked me to comport my self and to tell my workers to wait to assist in moving all the content of equipments and furnishings and to further call on another hand and you would bring your workers to help. I called another good friend of mine, Mike Edwards, president of his own flourishing business, he could not believe what was happening but agreed to come and help. By mid night the content of my facility was cleared to be stored in a storage facility. As we drove off , away from the premises, you told me not to look back, but to look forward and NOT TO QUIT, for my success is in the MASTERS HAND (you always call God, the Master who created all things and only his time is the best.) and that it was not my time yet to succeed. You immediately asked me to promise not to quit in business, because my enemies would win, if I quit. You promised to be by my side, to make sure, I was on the playing field, until the MASTER, makes the uneven ground even for me to be a player and succeed, which you fervently believed through my design talent, drive and intelligence, I will one day succeed. I just did not know how I will start off that soon without working capital. You told me to go and deal with my scheduled court cases and you will be talking to a friend ( Conrad B. Wynn) in our industry, who was leasing a huge commercial building by him self to inquire from the land lord for me to co-lease the building. To which it came to pass. In the subsequent years that followed. I invested in the remodeling of the space to which you and your staff built a showroom, offices and a workroom (factory) to accommodate my business operations.

Howard, you are PRICELESS. You have a wonderful strong disposition, a man with pure unconditional heart. I had heard of instances when people had guardian angels in their lives, I had not experience that, until your path crossed my path. Through the years I have further endured more difficult trials, some of which you were literally right there in the stormy fire with me and sometimes you even forecast events before they happened. We are aware the enemies targeted you as well. You always say, "They do not know the kind of spirit you possess nor how you will react, if you decide to fight back." You never left my side. When I tell you, I cannot go on, any further, you always admonish me that I’m not quitting and that, You are my Sunshine to light my darkness and my Water for my parched areas and for GOD to give us STRENGTH. “7: Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me. 8: Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me”, (Micah 7: vrs: 7 & 8). Thank you for seeing me as A PEARL OF POSSIBILITIES, at a time when I did not and could not.

After you raise me up from an adversity, you tease me when I ask, so what should I do next? You jovially answer, “I have raised you up, Beautiful, Strong Black African Princess to use your God-given intelligence and skills to go after your heart’s desires”. Romans 5: 1-5 and James 1: 2-3 says, Consider it pure joy, my brother whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops PERSEVERANCE.”

PEARL OF POSSIBILITIES. An oyster, while having a strong hard shell out side, is soft and fleshy inside. Sometimes an irritant such as a grain of sand gets into the oyster’s shell, causing discomfort and even pain. The oyster deals with the irritant by secreting onto it, a layer upon a layer, a liquid that hardens around it. The end result... A BEAUTIFUL PEARL! A process that began in discomfort has ended in producing something of great beauty and value. Suffering, pain, distress and sorrow enter our lives, - much as those painful irritating grains of sand enter the oyster, often we are powerless to get rid of them. But if we accept them without bitterness and seek God’s wisdom to learn from them, we can produce BEAUTIFUL PEARLS.

Howard, you know what you mean to me. I have no words to describe it. You know, I am very stubborn, yet you managed to guide me. My guardian angel and lucky star, without your unshakable presence and empowerment, RHODALINEFRANCE.COM would not have come to FRUITION. A man of simple means, strength, a gentleman and wise disposition, accept my THANKS for continuing to be A LIGHT in my personal life and business life. Yes! The MASTERS TIME has come to deliver me. Get ready to be productive; you shared in my pain, now you are going to bask in my Glory. I know you are going to elegantly build some of my furniture creations. Thanks for always making me LAUGH. You have a tremendous love for music. I do too. Howard, I Dedicate the lyrics of JOSH GROBAN’S song, “YOU RAISE ME UP” on his recent album, ”Closer” to you.

“When I’m down and, oh my soul, so weary When troubles come and my heart burdened be Then, I am still and wait here in the silence Until you come and sit a while with me

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas I am strong, when I am on your shoulders You raise me up… to more than I can be

To God, All my Spiritual Counselors, Anointed Messengers / Prophets and Life Coaches; THANK YOU for your Intercessory Prayers, Healing, counseling and coaching. God has divinely directed our paths to cross, and as you join your prayers to mine, the power of God accelerates, because Prayer Power accelerates the speed of God’s Movement and multiply the blessings ordained for me. I sincerely appreciate your sharing the knowledge of every enemy who attacked me as well as an insight into what they did. Some of my Prayer focus was for me to pray to God, to help me to identify my Hidden Enemies and to Triumph over them. Ephesians 6:10-13 “Our Struggle is not against Flesh and Blood, But against… the powers of the dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil. – Ephesians 6:12 “12; Beloved, think not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14: If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.” (1 Peter 4: vrs: 12-14) “7 casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 4: vrs. 7) “10: But the God of all Grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you” (1 Peter 5: vrs: 10)

I Thank You all, for being a beacon of LIGHT during my fiery trials, always reminding me that the Lord My God lights my darkness and for me to focus on a Fresh Start, A New beginning, for God is amidst whatever I am going through and to know that as one door closes; another door opens. I am certainly learning and moving forward, never backward. I approach each Fresh Start Day, with Faith-Filled Expectancy, for I know that God’s presence and power are moving in and through me. I am capable of wonderful exciting new achievements and happiness.

I need to thank all Medical Personnel/Professionals who attended to me during my health challenges during the last quarter of last year, right through December 2003 and during my recuperation in the first quarter of this year, and who did their best to restore my health and life. Again my enemies thought they were done with me, they sent spiritual hit men, the spirit of death upon me and others close to me, but it all came to naught. The fatal trick of health challenges that cannot be detected by the naked eye, or any medical diagnosis. It was not my time, so I rebuked the spirit of death and cast him out in the name of God the Father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit. Amongst all my spiritual counselors who prayed and interceded on behalf of me; I also sought the face of Yahweh and cried unto him like never before, “Jehovah, I am exhausted, let thy will be done”.

Psalm 107 reads, “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble and he saved them from their distress. He sent forth, his word and healed them; He rescued them from the grave” (Psalm, 107: 19-20). Rejoice and tell the devil or spirit of death that the Right hand of the Lord is exalted and say, I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord” (Psalm 118:17) On the eve of my pre-scheduled surgery, I got a call that one of the surgeons among the two who were to operate on me had a conflict of schedule, so, I if I did not mind, my surgery will be done the next day. I am someone who hates surprises, so I asked the doctors concerned with my case to give me a few minutes to arrive at a decision. To be honest, I was totally confused, at the same time I knew there was a power interceding on behalf of my Life. I quickly informed my few trusted family members, friends and spiritual counselors, and they all said, “Rhodaline, just call your surgeons back immediately and confirm YES, to whatever they propose, because I am truly blessed. What my enemies proposed God is disposing.” Jehovah had already gone before me, as a consuming fire to destroy the agenda; my enemies had planned for me in the operating room on that initial scheduled day. I now know for sure that the Battle is the Lord’s and not mine. Looking back, I am amazed and even laugh, because all the hospital attendants were puzzled and confused, the hospital computer data still had my initial pre-scheduled day, all records, data, medication prescriptions had that date on it. Well wishers floral arrangements were stored for me, till after I recovered from anesthesia and was recuperating in my hospital room. Initial telephone calls and visits from friends and business associates, met with, Ms. Thompson has not been admitted in the hospital yet. The hospital personnel teased me, Ms. Thompson, “You were a no show the day before.” To which I answered, “It was not my decision to change dates, but that of God’s and my surgeons” In John 6: 53-54, Jesus says. “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood; you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. Amen. My sincere appreciation to the following Physicians and medical personnel/professionals. One would ask how I conceived the concept for RHODALINE FRANCE, INC./RHODALINEFRANCE.COM Business operations. Shortly after my husband, three sons, and I relocated to South Florida from up north in the early nineties and I had launched my solo practice firm in Interior Decorating and Design; I started having defined/ vivid visions of me operating a multi-facet design; manufacturing, Import-Export marketing, retail business, with specializing in products from around the world’s cultural regions. This was eleven years ago. I was focused on my Interior Design practice so did not pursue any interest in it, until my middle brother Jake called had read an article from the wall street journal featuring, a couple an engineer and architect who ventured into the Toy/Doll Collection industry with their product, a cultural fabric attired doll which instantly became a financial success. This jogged Jake’s memory, as I brainstormed the reoccurring dreams/visions that I kept on vividly having, of me successfully operating a multi-facet culturally appointed products retail venture. So , Jake persistently kept on encouraging me to start cultivating my dream, (infact, he was sometimes annoying) as I also had a natural interest in regional cultures and I also had the formal education of being trained at Parsons, The New School for Design, ’82 Alumni, in Environmental Design, which is a multi facet design program. At the same time , that personal inner Groan, The Holy Spirit was also telling me to launch it, by showing me very clear visions of what ideas/creative products and from what part of the universe to get my inspiration from. After praying about it and arriving at the initial capital from myself, and family, I embarked upon this journey, by incorporating the business in the State of Florida and launching it in February of 1997 and I also started traveling the world regions to do my feasibility studies.

The journey for me personally and for the business Rhodaline France, Inc./RHODALINE FRANCE.COM has been met with painful failures and intense spiritual battle against my success in business and. Financial independence. Against all odds I SUCCESSFULLY DEFEATED MY ENEMIES WHO WANTED MY FAILURE, BY LAUNCHING MY PROFESSIONAL WEB SITE IN 2003, BUT THE BATTLE AND ATTACKS HAS BEEN INTENSE EVER SINCE.

With Yahweh - Jehovah GOD’S PRESENCE IN MY LIFE, I NEVER QUIT. I was granted the Serenity to Accept Things I cannot CHANGE, but rather, Courage and Wisdom to know the Difference. I will in the future share My Story-My Testimony, in detail in another forum. The enemy thought, they had finished me last summer, (2006), when amongst all the negative trials still going on, I suffered a horrible auto accident caused by an insured motorist who T-boned my vehicle and I sustained severe injuries to my Neck, Lower Back, Legs and Feet. Once again, I was saved by Jehovah’s Grace, because I am anointed to do GodÂ’s Will on this earth, before I move on to my Heavenly father’s mansion. With the best Orthopedic doctors, other attending medical personnel, I underwent surgeries and intense long months of Physical Therapy, from last year through the spring of this year, (2007), which had me focusing on my health only and growing my FAITH. Initially, I was sad and mad and asked, “what again?” I Am Happy to say My Hope Touched Grace, which is Jesus Christ and my Faith, was more strengthened. As I continue with my life journey, today, on this 28th, day of July, 2007, I know I am Blessed. Next month will be exactly a year of my unfortunate auto accident, but I AM STILL HERE IN THE UNIVERSE, ALIVE, HEALTHY, HAPPY, FULL OF SPIRITUAL WISDOM AND STRENGTH. I NOW KNOW THE DESIGNATED PURPOSE IN MY LIFE. – To Praise Jehovah, Spread His Good News across the Universe. In Isaiah 12:4 - :In that day you will say: “ Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted”. Apart from my Business ventures, which I will still pursue, I will be Financially seeding into fellow non-profit Christian prophetic Ministries, to enable them render powerless any demonic altars through which evil spirits send curses to harm and fight against us as well as other Christian ministries. I would also be assisting the Poor and the Needy, Ministering, Healing and Freeing Captives from Spiritual Bondages into Jesus’ Kingdom.

In the Bible, we learn that, God is our benefactor of our Heavenly wisdom, to help us in our spiritual battles. Proverbs 2:6 teaches us that, “6 – For the Lord giveth wisdom; out of his mouth cometh Knowledge and understanding” T o the beneficiary of this spiritual wisdom, Isaiah 11:2 says; “2- And the spirit of the Lord, shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.” I hereby share this knowledge with all that read this credits. With this Knowledge and Wisdom a Child of God is able to understand the “Why” rather than the “what” of a situation, and is better equipped to handle problems and shape them into counterattack, to achieve a desired end. Amen. The Holy Spirit will reveal any traps set by the enemy; lest Satan should get an advantage over us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. (2 Corinthians 2:11) Jesus Christ represents authority, the Holy Spirit represents Power. The source of God’s Power within us, he is our ultimate Spiritual Intercessor here on earth, interceding on our behalf with groans which words cannot describe. Any thing we do without any spiritual significance is nothing. God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit. Ask the Holy Spirit for Help. The Holy Sprit Will Coach You in Battle.

I will love to share this Inspirational poem, by Phil Hopkins, given to me by my 3 sons, a long tome ago at the onset of my adversities. It is one of my favorite mantras:

DON’T QUIT “When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you‘re trudging seems all up hill, When the funds are low and the debts are high and You want to smile but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must but don’t quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns, As every one of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about when he might have won had he stuck it out; Don’t give up though the pace seems slow - You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out – The Silver tint of the clouds of doubt And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far, So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit- It’s when things seem worst That you must not quit.”

As I continue with my Journey in Life, a lot of things have changed and are still changing. I am a Work in Progress. I live in the moment of each day, but also look forward for the Light and New Opportunities in Tomorrow, and the Future. 2 of my sons have moved on to College and broadening their Horizons. People have left my life and new friends are being cultivated. I look forward to Developing Creative Products to the Market Place and participating in joint ventures with others and also sharing the Deliverance Ministry, Healing spiritual captives, assisting the Poor and the Needy and Seeding Financially to other Non-Profit Foundations and Christian Ministries across the Universe.

There will be few people that I forget to thank at the moment, if so please forgive me and know that I personally hold dear in my Heart all kindness shown to me, and I pray Peace, Joy, Health, Prosperity, Protection Blessings to All.
